Hans Peter and Daniel Kritzinger are known for their own exquisite creations.

Here at the hotel Waldsee we serve many home-made delicacies: At breakfast there are our home-made red current and black currant jams. Herb salt is refined with herbs from our own garden and we are passionate about our home-made pasta.
As a digestif we recommend Schnapps made from apples, mountain pine cones, juniper berries, domestic roots and plants - home-made according to a traditional family recipe.
