We look forward to welcoming you. Once we have confirmed your room the confirmation is binding. We therefore ask for your understanding that we charge a cancellation fee should you have to cancel your booking. The following cancellation charges apply:

• Up to 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date no charge is made 
• In the case of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure the full price is charged.

For this reason we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance!
