We look forward to welcoming you. Once we have confirmed your room, the confirmation is binding. We therefore ask for your understanding: we will charge a cancellation fee should you have to cancel your booking.
The following cancellation charges apply: Up to 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date no charge is made. In the case of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure the full price is charged.

Cancellation Policy – High Season

During the periods listed below, different cancellation conditions apply compared to our standard policy:

• Summer: 1 July to 31 August
• Winter: 18 December to 10 January, as well as 1 February to 28/29 February

Cancellation fees:

• Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation
• 59 to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
• From 30 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price
